Important Updates
This page is a timeline of arbitrarily selected milestones that I felt had some importance. The first month got us from 0 to a working end-to-end system with a simple event messaging structure and data transformations.

- Finished up an experiment in waterproofing the enclosures, which didn’t achieve the desired results. No equipment was damaged. We have a temporary fix in place while we wait for new enclosures.
- We have had massive rainstorms and street flooding for a few days, hence the waterproofing issues. This also resulted in internet outages where we lost a lot of sensor data. I’ve added a buffer to each sensor where if it can’t submit readings to the internet, it will wait until the next attempt interval and send the previous readings and the current ones.
